Good news....her hips are good from the xrays...enough to pass OFA certs even. Bad News....We're not certain what exactly is the problem except that she may have chipped her femur.
Indicated by a white spot on the femur below the head. She's now limping through the Rimadyl and it took 4 people my mom, brother, and the two vets to get the good xray of her the turkey. She hated being on her back. But she's going on Rimadyl for 10 days and is going to get Cosequin every day from now on.
Our guess is she's getting bored with her food but she ate today so we'll stick with the Eukanuba at least til we finish the current supply, even though I think we should switch so I'm going to try to convince everyone else we should. But no Lyme which was a major concern. Now if she'll get better from the limping we'll be good.
