Yeah...I posted too soon...Rosie gave herself a one way pass to The Bridge earlier this evening...She "turned" on my 6 yr. old neice...Right in front of me for no reason I could detect...My niece got 4 stitches on her head...I can no longer trust my sweet eyed girl...I should have knocked on wood when I started this thread...I thought I was so good & we'd come so far...HA!...I am an idiot who has lied to herself about her capabilities with dogs...I don't even know about Sam & Pippin now. :'( :-\ :-\ :'( :'(

You are one of the very best dog mom's I know of.  You have done your very best with Rosie and that is all you can do.  Please call me I would love to be able to tell you just how very much I respect you as a person and dog mom.  Sending love your way.

I wonder if you would say that to someone on this board in the same position you are in?  I have Badger and a foster.  I try everything to love and rehabilitate the foster, and I end up having to put the foster dog to sleep.  I am totally devistated.  Would you say, or even think, to me, "Well Ronda, I don't even know if you are capable with Badger now.  You are no longer qualified to take care of any dog".  I really think you should give that some thought.  You should never treat yourself in a way that you wouldn't treat a friend.  This is not your fault, or a reflection of you as a dog mom.
