Hi everyone, I just wanted to tell you all how truly addicted I've become to this website! I don't ever contribute much to any of the threads because I am only at the very beginning's of my "big dog life". I love reading about things going on, and I have learned so much from you all! Especially discussion on dog health issues or adolescence. I have had mutts in the past, and never a giant like a Saint (but have ALWAYS dreamed of owning one).
I wrote a couple weeks ago about Saints. I knew I wanted one, but I wanted the opinion of some real big dog owners about a Saint fitting into my life. The response and the information and friendly welcomes I recieved were amazing. Since then, I have FINALLY found my breeder (as luck would have it another breeder recommended a friend who's in the show circuit who just happened to be breeding this year) and she ended up being less than 10 minutes from my house! How truly perfect is that? I went this week and met the litter, checked her kennel set up out, and next week I will go back to give her some money and pick out my new little girl (she'll be a smoothie). I am sooooo incredibly excited, and as soon as I get pics (next Tuesday I'm hoping) I will post again and hopefully become as active a contributor as the rest of you.
