I have been looking for this collar thingy for so long! Can someone please tell me what the name of this particular thing is and where I can get one made for Bear. (A woman told me about a site that custom did them but I forgot the name). Thanks!

XXL is 20 inches???  I gotta agree:  LOL!! I'd hate to see the extra small!!  For fleas?
