It's bad enough you have to be without your boys because of him...but to have him go after your kid(s?) is just cowardly.  Stella is right.  Document EVERYTHING.  Dates, times, what was said/done.

He can get himself in a world of trouble for filling false reports. My friend went through all this crap before. I am soo sorry you have to go through this, he is a coward...and a soory excuse for a man. He started this, and now he is taking things out on you. Have no contact with him other than through counsel, or when you have to exchange your daughter. Don't talk small talk, make it a buisness relationship concerning only things that are related to your daughter. And as the others said document everything.

Blair, I'm so sorry that you are going through all this.  Just so you know, it's legal in Texas for you to tape your own phone calls.  As long as one person knows that the call is being taped then it's legal.  Definitely call your lawyer asap.
