Who is it that draws charcoal sketches from photos??

My BIL told my hubby that his short-coat chow isnt doing so well(she is 15 years old, blind and deaf) and he is battling the inevitable decision to PTS.


I would like to have a collage of her made for them before she crosses the bridge.
