Tattooie!!!

Well, i got my 9th tattoo done on Saturday. and i ADORE it. its on the opposite wrist of my Puzzle piece (so my right wrist) and its about 3inches by 4 inches. a red Blood splattered broken heart... Why you ask... Its from Tim Burton's Sweeney Todd, the Demon Barber of Fleet Street. Yay. i love it. here it is

oh i like that.. i'm wanting one too.. i am not sure how i want it though. rose is a cusp (aries/taurus.. born april 20th) so i am thinking on getting both the aries and taurus symbol with a rose intertwined between them... not sure though

Wow Jo!  I'm soo jealous!!  I've been wanting another Tatty for a longggggg time, but the one that I want to get is soo big, I'm lacking the fundage for it at the moment.    Maybe after working for a while at my new job! 

Yours looks great though!  I love how vibrant the red is, I really like bright colors in tattoos.

I want one sooooo bad, but unfortunately, there are better things to be spending money on.  I rarely get to splurge on anything and when i do, it's usually clothes which I'm also in dire need of.

It would just appear that way, it looks really fresh, so the sparkles you see are probably just whatever cream or ointment she has on it to help it heal and not get scabby.

thanks everyone!!! my friend who did it is going to work on a Tim Burton sleeve for me, eventually, we will have it done bit by bit. this is the 2nd piece.  i have Jack Skellington up high on my arm and this one towards my wrist. so there will be plenty more.  I dont pay however, we do swaps. Luckily, or else this would cost me an arm & a leg to do. LOL
Darcy bought a tattoo gun and will be learning to tattoo, so i will have a few more done soon (not tim burton related, as my friend is the only one i will let do them). ha ha ha
Its not sparkly, and its not got cream it was fresh, so the shine to it was just the cleaner to wipe the access ink off and the flash from the camera.
For those who know tattoos, this one was done SINGLE NEEDLE.

You are so lucky to be able to trade off stuff with your friend to get tattoos!  I'm super jealous.

Jenn - I know that there were some tattoo artists on Galveston Island that would do foot tats.  I had heard that they weren't doing them anymore but I am sure you could find someone to do it.

Ya Jenn.  I have one on my foot and they really didnt want to do it. Although it has been years ago.  I ended up having it redone, on Galveston Island!, because it had faded so badly.  I think its one of my fav tats but wouldnt recommend it there because it really gets rubbed off fairly quickly!
