My choc.lab/pitbull mix gets table food after we eat our dinner every night.  I feed him some of whatever meat we had, and usually some sort of a veggie (green beans, corn, etc.).  He also gets scrambled eggs several times a week, and either canned mackerel or salmon a couple times a week at night too. Sounds like a lot, but not really--and its great for his coat!! :D

Judge loves his people food. LOL I figure that what I put on my table for my family is better than most dog foods. I make sure Judge doesnt get any spicy foods and beans are NEVER given to him. He is a big boy and I dont need him stinking up my bedroom at night. HEHEHEEE. He has most all leftovers from our meals and is in good shape. I cant see the harm as long as its in moderation.

We let Zoey eat table scraps  as long as they are dog friendly - meat, veggies, maybe some cheese, etc and they have to have no spices, etc. We don't overfeed her on kibble, and frankly, getting our scraps is on of the highlights of her day. She's spoiled, but she's very happy  :)
