Are you sure? just checked the world clock and it is 3:17 pm in Chicago, Houston and New orleans.

For one more year we are an hour ahead of Chicago.  2007 is the last time we Spring Ahead and 2006 is the last time we Fall Back.  I hate daylight savings time.
