what a talanted boy.  It's funny how big dogs do typically little dog things.

That is so funny! Bear loves to drink from the fountain too. Maybe we should have him play with Drake again so that he can see how to go down a slide. Like Yogi, he is a scardy-cat.  ;)

Superb,

I'd love to see a double newfie on the yellow slide though, I think you should make it your next challenge for the Park!! :)

Thanks guys, it is so much fun to do with Drake and I think some of you will be surprised that your big dog likes to do it too.  Drake is a big chicken at other things, like he refuses to jump into the water.  I run him down the dock at the lake, he will put on the brakes at the last minute and I go flying in.  In swimming pools, he will circle and circle the pool until he finds the steps.  What a chicken!  Forget water testing, he wouldn't jump out of the boat.  And he absolutely hates Scarecrows or statues, he just barks and barks.  Imagine what he did during the holidays with all the snowmen and Santas in everybody's front yards!  AARRF!!!   ::)

Nostaw, it looks like you could do the side by side slide already.  Yogi just wouldn't do it, not even on the small slide.  Funny stuff!  And Jaime, I look forward to the water fountain play date for the boys, they'll make a major soggy mess!!!  ;D

My sister drove up from So Cal this week so we got to spend some quality time with my Niece and Nephew.  They love Drake and he is very gentle with them.  My sister also brought her Wheaton Terrier named Sandy as well and she and Drake are good pals.  We took them for a walk in St. Helena and found a fun dog park there.  There was a slide and Drake was up to his old tricks.  Here's a video of the fun! (I sound like an over-anxious idiot on it, but sometimes he won't go without some coaxing)

That is too cute ! My pups love to slide too . One time my newfie mix Moose decided to go down a very tall winding slide , and right after he took off he had a change of heart and tried to turn around , ended up going down backwards with claw marks the entire way down .LOL oops! ::)
