Bella's vomiting

Bella ate last night about 11pm.  I woke up about 7am to hear her vomiting.  I let her out, and she apparently ate a bunch of grass while I was cleaning up.  When I let her back in, she vomited again.  Actual total- four piles.  Do I withhold food for a while, or give her rice, or what?  Any suggestions?

Ice chips are great for keep her hydrated but not overwhelming her belly.  Let her system rest for a day and give her a bland diet tomorrow.

Badger had this recently and I thought he must surely be near death. Within one day of no food, and ice chips, he was fine!
(helped sweeten up his attitude too!)

our lab mix had this...she acted fine, but would vomit after eating or drinking a lot of water.  she did it a few times a week, then a few times a day.  we kept thinking she was better, but then it would start again.  took her to the doctor who said it was some stomach bug.  He gave her 1/2 a dewormer pill and it stopped the very next day.
