BIG TIME PROBLEMS

I am thinking it will be even more stressful for her if you move/take on another dog.  This sounds very frustrating for you.  Have you asked your vet about medication?  I had a similar situation many years ago with a rescue where the poor thing got so agitated if left alone even for 5 minutes he would have diarrhea and then roll in it.  Our vet put him on phenobarbital.  It helped a little.  My understanding was that it helps some dogs tremendously.  I am so sorry you are going through this.  What a stress for you.
