Looks more like a Craigslist listing.  I tried all the VA craigslist listings but couldn't find it there though.  I'd just try the e-mail listed and see what you can dig up.  Good luck on your search!  I know the right pupper is out there for you!

This was under Petfinders classifieds ad...it wasn't an actual shelter. I just went to Petfinders.com then clicked on classified ads..then adoptable pets. But I went and looked and now its not up there.
