Found a dog

My sister found a dog! I'm thinking Jack Russel x Chinese Crested. He's an unneutered male and I'm calling him Skip for now. I hope we find his owners he was pretty dirty when we found him though and he's on the thin side too.

He is adorable! any updated pics? are you keeping him? i think you are right about the PRT, but he looks more like a Mexican Hairless than a crested. he has the face of one the skin spots (not unlike cresties) and the build. what a cutie!!
