I HATE people who use animals to test chemicals. It's so hard to avoid it though. Mostly everything you see today was tested on animals. Look at these sites and try to do something!

I saw this.  The only thing we can do is spay/neuter, educate people, protest, refuse to buy things tested on animals.

Well on some of those sites they have addresses of buisnesses that you can send e-mails and letters to. I don't know if they just throw them away or not. But I say it's worth a try.
