Well, my little man finally arrived into this world

Frankie decided to make a dramatic enterance via emergency c-section.  All is well and he came in weighing 8lb 8oz and 21.5" long.  He is doing very well and overall a good baby with a huge appetite.  The dogs are quite in love with their new pack member as well and the introduction went way better than i thought it would... very smoothly

Congrats Babs, he is beautiful. I bet in this heat you are doing a little "He's Out, He's out" happy dance. At last you have your body back, and getting to finally meet him is a  great bonus!

Welcome to the world, Frankie, and Congrats, Mom!  I hope you are able to relax and not do too much while recovering- I know C-sections are not easy on the body, and recovery can be painful for a while; and with this weather... OUCH!

Oh my gosh he is beautiful! 

I can feel for you sister.  I had Zachary in August via a section.  He was 8lbs 8oz and 21"!  I KNOW you are glad to have that little man in your arms instead of in your belly! Frankie is just perfect!  Congrats!

Awww Congrats he is sooo perfect. Wishing you a speedy recovery. I hope you keep us updated on Frankie with lots of pictures ;)

wow babs, he is actually one of those rare "pretty" babies.  some babies just scare me at first glance, but he is actually extremely handsome.

He's beautiful!!!  (I can call him beautiful because he's still little !  LOL!!)  So precious!!!

Glad to hear he's healthy and hungry!  LOL! 

Hope you are feeling good too.  I hope you have the resources to relax when you should during your recovery - sometimes its hard for Moms to just sit back and get better when their little one needs them.  Do you have some help during your first while home?  If he's your first, you will probably have more help than you want!  LOL!

Congratulation s on your beautiful baby boy!  I had three babies -- in July & August -- c-section every one.  I lived by a pool with the middle one -- all I could do for that last month was float in the pool like a beached whale! 

I've had lots of baby-related complications in my life lately and I'm thrilled and grateful to see such a perfect little guy.  It's easy to take for granted having whole, healthy children.  Every single one is a miracle.

I know you're going to be very busy in the next few months, but I miss you around here.

Thanks everyone!  My husband is literally doing everything and I cant get over how incredible and wonderful he is...  I love him more and more everyday!

In regards to baby, that is all I am doing is just taking care of him.  When I am not sleeping I am with my dogs just hanging out... They are very happy to be in the ac with the heat wave we are having LOL

Overall he is a good eater and sleeper but I know to take nothing for granted because they change so much so fast LOL
