Hi from new big paws member!

I justed wanted to say hi to everyone. We got our first great dane about a month ago.  My family had been dogless for about 2 years since we lost our beloved cocker Chelsea. Our boys have gotten a little older (6yr and 3yr) and we were ready to start looking at the beginning of the summer for cockers, but someone mentioned what a great family pet Great Danes were .... after skeptically researching we found they were right! So after a LOT of looking and visiting, we found a litter with a breeder we felt comfortable with and we now have a lovely blue female about 10 weeks old. So hi to everyone from me and Mia!

What an absolute doll! I'm Marissa, mom to Zoey an Alaskan Malamute and Dolly a Saint Bernard. Welcome to Big Paws! Can't wait to learn more about Mia and her family!

Hi there!!! What a SWEETIE Mia is!!!! :-*

Welcome to BPO... and the world of huge dogs! :D You will love having a Dane! I am Rebekah and I am mama to a pack of dogs, mostly mutts, but we have two Danes.
Here they are, Leeloo and Connor! ;D


I wish we could have had them as pups, but they are both rescues so they were already big when we adopted them. Also I wish Connor had soft squishy natural ears like your little blue girl! SOOOO pretty!!! I am a big fan of natural ears on Danes, unfortunately Connor's previous owner had his cropped.

Dane pups are the cutest thing EVER so we need lots of pictures!!!!!! :D

Welcome to BPO. I am Paige and in addition to 3 Great Pyrenees, I have Jake, my  18 month old Dane and last saturday I rescued 2 more Danes from a kill Shelter. Also cant forget about my Bailey, she is 1/2 Newf, 1/2 Golden Retriever and a total love bug. Danes are wonderful as family pets. I have my hands full at the moment but Life Is Good. This is a great web site.

Welcome to the board! I'm Bri, human slave to Keela a husky/malamute/sheperd mix. Your girl is GORGEOUS...uuu uhm one requirement of being a member here is to share lots and lots of photos!!!! ;D I can't wait until I can get a dane...or two.
