little bump near eye?

hey all.. i just have a quick question.. fumble's got a little bump on the inner part of his eye, about a 1/4 inch away from the inside corner of his eye.. is it a sty?? i thought stys were closer to the eyelid, but i'm not sure?? and do external stys go away by themselves??  should i try warm compresses to get it to drain itself??? what do you all think?

oh yup that's what it looks like! althoguh it's farther away from the eye?? hmm?? he's a wierd dog i tell yA!  i'll definately give it a shot wiht the warm compresses and keep an eye on it!  hopefully it will go down
