This guy is at the Detroit Animal Shelter(AKA the shelter of Horror)...Can anyone help him?

That just breaks my heart. If I had a little bigger of a place, I would take him in a second.  I've already begun thinking about the fact that my new goals are getting a bigger place and a bigger car so that I can get another Saint. What bad timing... I hope someone rescues him soon. That article made my stomach turn.  :'(
