Thanks guys! IWs shed hair but not near like newfies do. It is also hair and not fluffballs like hair when they shed. Joys hiar is everywhere and Amys is hardly noticeable. You have to pluck by hand to groom an IW which is a pain compared to brushing. For show anyways. They tell me a good brushing is all they need on a regular basis if they are not show dogs. Amy loves when we pluck her back now cause she is slightly shedding and it feels good. But when we pluck her ears she runs.
Joy would sit forever to get groomed, she loves the brush.
And yes we are going to show at the end of March in Camrose Alberta. Amys second show and Joys 7th I think. Hope everything works out better than last time with Joy. She seems to be on the mend.
