Okay fellow meet-n-greeters (love saying that! lol) it is dog park decsion making time.
First, I just have to say in a city of 5 million people, I can not believe how few dog parks there are... it is sad! I did find an awesome neighborhood park with a huge open field off for dogs to frolick, however it is not fenced in... I am still trying to get over that disappointment
...lol
Here are the best three choices I've found.... let me know where y'all think is best and I'll post the directions! Wahoooooo - cant wait for Saturday!
1)Piedmont Park: 2+ acres (just a guess)located in midtown. Water and poop bags provided. The Dogwood festival will be this weekend, thus dogs are not allowed throughout the park, just to the off-leash section. Parking is on the street but if we get there earlier enough it shouldn't be too bad (another guess here). Of all the choices, this will have the most dogs at any given time. Check out link for some pics (pics 1,3,5 are of dog park).
