OMG!  I honestly have no words to describe the anger I'm feeling towards that person, I hope Britney can find a loving forever home, she REALLY deserves that.

it didn't say she was at a house just in the county and someone had found her laying somewhere, so i assume she was running stray.  that said, you don't know who did this to her.  it could have been some teenagers or other sick person, and her owners are frantically looking for her after she escaped their yard or something.  she looks like she's at a good weight and well kept (aside from being dirty) so chances are she was just the victim of an opportunistic cruel person.
