The "Original" Doggie Fountain
« on: May 19, 2007, 07:10:35 am »
We went to a doggy birthday party at a local pet store and there was a man with these dog water fountains.  I LOVED IT!  The puppy in the video was there and was a pro with it and Boudreaux could use the same one!  We are SO going to get one!  Here is the link to the product info and a video with the puppy using it.

I just thought it was a GREAT idea and wanted to share with my BPO family!

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!

What a cool & refreshing new idea!   ;D   Seriously, we could have used one of those many years ago when we lived in a very hot climate.  My husband hooked up a line to our automatic sprinker system that ran to a cast iron faucet (chew proof) that topped up our dog's kiddy pool every couple of hours.  She loved to run through the pool and splash water everywhere and we were always afraid that she'd run out of water while we were at work.  Thanks for sharing that doggy water-er.  I bet that it'll come in handy for some pooches this summer!

It looks like they have them in blue & white for $126.14.  They look a little different in those colors than the one in the big picture, but I think that they are the same thing.

I think the silver one in the photo is his own that he made prior to putting them out on the market.  The one he had at the party was a heavy duty, powder-coated one, just like on the website.  I would say well worth the $127.00 price tag.  They have them in red, white or blue. I added a photo of them on the original post from the website.
