I vote for Dax! Duke is a little too used, you know? Kind of traditional. Dax is awesome.

Scootergirl:
My favorite name for a GSD is Schatzi - it means "little treasure" in German. But I like Dax, too and my family is always partial to Duke - that was my Dad's dog when he was a kid.

I was going to say I liked Dax too. But then I realized this post was from May of 2007. :P

Wow! how did that get resurrected? And we never got to find out what he got named what he looks like now?
