My DRY Creek - ha ha ha ha
« on: May 27, 2007, 12:56:57 am »
This is the "dry" creek that runs thru my front yard. The girls had a blast. Everyone knows that a dog can swim, except the dog, until the dog figures it out for themselves. Zoey and Bailey literally realized that not only could they swim- but that they LOVE to swim. Also not sure whats up with Zoey- Have you ever seen so many freckles on a dog that wasnt a dalmation? What a hoot. Both Bella and Zoey have been shaved down for the summer- so that is why were are able to see all of her black spots so well.

Now THAT'S impressive Paige! I've never had a Pyr go into the water higher than their belly!  ::)

Ohhh, I LOVE these pics!!!  I'm with Jane, none of our Pyrs has ever gone past wading, so I'm super impressed!  People have told me about their swimming Pyrs, but this is the first time I've ever seen it.  They are adorable swimmers!!!  Cara, our first Pyr, was all white but with a tiny bit of wolf gray on her ear tips, but she had wonderful pigment with those pretty freckles like your Zoey has.  Thanks for the pics, I loved them!   ;D

Hmmm...perhaps the mailman's dalmation snuck into the yard when you weren't looking?  ;-)
