I think eventually I will seek another Black female dane...I am not ready yet. Prior to loosing my girl (she also was the dominent queen of the house) I had been looking at harlequin haven rescue here in Ohio. There are 3 females on their site I was really interested in. Right now though...it just isn't the time for a new dog. I am waiting to see if I can volunteer there though. As for miss Morgayne. I am very happy we got her when we did. Even though I have decided the breeder is a lousy piece of crap.... She was meant to be here. The last 2 days she has become my "velcro" puppy. Everyone loves her (except Thorn.
She came to me with a bladder infection, double yeast infection, umbilical hernia, and they said she was wormed...NOT she deffinatly had roundworms. The only shocking thing was she didn't have fleas. With everything else I expected that. Anyway she is vaccinated, wormed, and done wit the bladder infection. I called the breeder and she said "oh I'm sorry.... the other dogs are fine, we never take our pups to the vet unless there is a problem and I didn't notice anything wrong with her.... And that was it. Blah...evil lady.
