There are a pair of Swans settle in the pond near my home since Early Spring(March?). The female swan has been sitting in their nest since Mid April. A fence with entrance in the water was installed to protect them. I almost walk my dog every day passing the pond anticipating to see baby swans, but saw none except the male swan protecting his wife and nest and the female swan sitting there patiently. Nothing changed until yesterday, the fence was fully enclosed. I went closer to take a look, the female swan was not sitting there anymore, but still saw no baby swan. Then this morning, I saw the 2 baby swan with their parents in small enclosed area of the pond! I'll post some pictures if anyone is interested.
