Ellis never made it home

Ellis was a stray from Copperas Cove, Texas, and was supposed to be my next foster. He was a sweet little guy, I got to snuggle with him a couple of time. I'll have to wait a little longer to hold him again.

What happened with Ellis?

We never really found out what was wrong with him. He was at least 10 pounds underweight, running a fever, runny nose, drooling excessevly, and then symptoms of distemper showed. I was out of town, and was not around for the decision to put him down, and don't want to dredge it up with the members who made the decision, but I trust that they made the best decision for Ellis.

I am so very sorry!   I will pray Ellis God speed to The Bridge & will send message to my furbabies that have gone on before me to greet him with love & keep his company until you meet him again.

I am so very sorry that he did not get to have time with you. I wish he hnad known what a loving family was like.  At least now he has the love and company of our fur-babies at the bridge.
