Do you know how much time they have left? I am in Nashville and do some rescue but how do they handle extreme heat? I have a feeling not too well! Also do you know what part of Kentucky?

I am in South Alabama with two pyrs.  I know of several farms in the area where they are outside all summer.  I will make a few cross post.

I just called the shelter and had to leave a message.  I also e-mailed for the status.   We have to find a home for these sweet babies, just look at those eyes.

They are in Barren River Animal Welfare Association in Glasgow, KY. According to Petfinder.com Pyrs can tolerate heat, there fur helps keep them cool in the summer and warm in winter.

Thank God for all of you opening your hearts and trying to help these beauties!!!!  It brings me to tears.  Please, let me know the outcome if they are saved.  I will say prayers for them both, and all of you as well.

I think that they'll the shelter will be getting a lot of calls and emails  :) I sent them an email as well Dixie, I didn't see the post until just now. I am confident that they will be saved. Heck I will get them shipped up here if I have to. There is no reason for these animals to be put down!!!

The Pyr/Collie mix, Ranger, is stealing my heart too!  But, maybe I am just partial to that name...   :D
