Please Help!

Well, the story is that:

My puppy is 7 weeks now, and had a bad smell, because he sat on his urine etc...
because I hadly have experience, I didnt know the rules, and washed him with a human shampoo and dried him well.

Just after that I read about NOT WASHING puppys.
my dog is now scratching. what should I do....?

I dont know exactly what you washed the pup with, but there could be a lot of reasons for the scratching. First check for a rash or irriation. Also did you rinse all of the soap off of the pup? Possibly the pup was allergic to what ever shampoo you used. I have used human shampoo on my dogs before with out negative results. If the pup is having an allergic reaction you can use benadryl to help relief some of the symptoms but I cant even tell you the dose on that because I do not know how large your puppy or the weight is of the puppy,
