fostering two dropped kittens - now with pics

I went outside to feed Angel tonight. I came back in, then about 20 minutes later went out to smoke, and 2 kittens were under our plum tree. They are approximentall y 5-6 weeks old, no older than that. A black female with tiny tuft of white on her chest, and a male thats a dark smokey gray. We called the male Augustus and the female Cleopatra. We are gonna look for them a good home, and try to have them go together. I don't see how someone could drop something so tiny and helpless

I have a co-worker that took in a little siamese mix and well started calling her "Veruca"...well let's just say Veruca is now "Augustus"...He looked like a she before!

I'm afraid to even try to "foster" kitties....Ted dy would have 2 new siblings for sure!  LOL!

here they are they are a little sick but once they get healthy  and some weight on we'll find them a home together. Augustus/"Gus" is the gray one, Cleopatra/"Cleo" is the black one.

would anyone have any suggestions on how to be sure they go to good people.. i dont want these lil angels to go to someone that'll hurt them

Awww- they're so cute and so tiny!  How could someone ditch them?  It's so great that you're taking care of them.
