this sucks..

I quit smoking nearly a month ago, and now I get real sick. My bronchitis came back, yet again. My sister has the same thing and she described it perfectly. "Hanburger Throat". As she put it, it feels like someone took a cheese grater and ran it up and down my throat.  I can't quit coughing, my throat is sooooooooooo raw now. My nose is running like a faucet, and my head is pounding from the congestion and coughing.

Sorry for the rant, but had to complain to someone.

Smokers don't get sick as often because the germs get incinerated before they can attack. That won't be much consolation when the smoker is diagnosed with lung cancer though. Welcome your bronchitis with open arms, and celebrate the fact that although your snot may be green, your lungs are getting pinker by the minute!!

i've been doing the elderberry syrup and collodial silver thing. hopefully i'll feel better soon!
