Why isn''t she eating????

My almost 10 mo old Great Dane Ellie May has not been eating well for the last three or four days. She is leaving quite a bit of food in her bowl. I feed two times a day and she has been getting about 4cups of dry with a couple tbsp of canned per feeding . Thanks

Kana has never been a big eater, from the bowl, that is...
He will eat about 3-4 cups a day, but mostly in one feeding.  Even when we free feed him, he is not interested in the morning or while we are gone.  He often gets rambunctious when we get home and a good large bowl of food will help him calm down, but not always. 

Any change in routine lately with your family?  I know when we travel with Kana he rarely eats, but mood rarely changes.  He is the kind of kid that has to be comfortable to eat.  NOW, when treats/table food is concerned, he will eat like a goldfish and not stop! 
I would do the stool sample, but sometimes they just go through phases and don't want to eat or eat certain things...
