Paw Prints Survey
« on: August 01, 2005, 01:14:44 pm »
Just wanted to get a quick survey of things you would like to see added to the Paw Prints. We are ready to make some upgrades and I was thinking about adding a section for comments by viewers. Would that interest you guys? And are there any other things you think would make it more fun?

Let us know here!

Michael~

Definately.  Comments would be cool.
I'm finding it impossible to change pictures there too.  Can that be fixed?

I think the comments thing / guestbook-type setup would be great!

I think it would be cool if right under your avatar you could put the type of breed. I always see these beautiful dogs and wonder what kind they are!!

That's a great idea Stephanie... I think a Gallery section would be great too.  Maybe have a breed specific link in the main gallery to those photos, with a link to the breed specific forums within each gallery... or just have your quick jump pull down menu inside... just a thought for those looking to see our pals at their goofiest... ;)

Stephanie, that's a great idea - makes perfect sense.

Ltldevil... awesome! most of the BigPaw Pedia pages need images of the corresponding dogs. Perhaps we'll point those pages to the paw print profiles too!

I really do like all three ideas that you guys have come up with. Jenns idea is great, I dont know if a blog kinda thing would take up too much room, but it would be fun to be able to follow, say a puppy how it grows, weight and maybe the training classes and how that is going, all that could go into a blog, if there is room for one.

I really cant think of anything that isnt already thought of lol.....

Is there any way to add a spell check?
I think the above are all great ideas.

Noooooo LIns..... the spell chek is for me hehehehe

And a blog is like a diary kinda thing, where you can day by day or week by week or how you choose to do it, write whats happened and well basically like an online diary. Hmmmm did I explain that right?

Yeah Lins ;D ;D Somedays it looks like they typed it for me. I have to admit it may be in part to the fact that Farley did chew my eyeglasses.
Have you seen the commercial( can't remember what it is for- it is current)The Weimer is being dictated to and he is typing away. They cut away to a shot of the screen and it is all mubble jumble. He needs spell check
Cute!

Heeeee....you guys are so funny. I think we need to add the specific birthday info of the dog and city/state they reside in so that if you want to meet them you know where there parents are.
