Snowing in Texas!
« on: March 09, 2008, 09:40:14 pm »
Talk about random weather... we've had a really moderate winter with highs in the 60s and few bouts with sleet or ice. But just a few days ago, we actually got snow in March! Strange for us Texas residents, but great news for our big paws with double coats. Rosie just loved it. She started prancing around the backyard right when she felt the snow on her pads. And every now and then, she'd take a water break (i.e. eat some snow). Too bad it all melted away the next day.

Unfortunately it didn't last long. We're back to the 70s.
