Nitrate level in water & overall health

I need some input and knoweledgeable advice in reguard to nitrates in drinking water and overall health problems in dogs. Reverse osmosis has not rectified the issue. The content is still at 4.65 pmm even after the procedure.

SC Trojans? Are you out there?!? Holly? Any thoughts? Anyone else had this problem?
