hi,when do newfies come into season???

hi to you all,
             time is goin sooo fast,molly was 1 afew weeks ago,just wondered how old they are when they come into season.any info would be great!!!

My newf was 16 months old when she had her 1st heat.  Good luck!

Maybe just a caution? Since this will be her first heat and you don't have a 'history' on her yet, watch her extra close. Some females have been known to have 'silent' heats and don't really display any overt signs until the owners are clued in by the reactions of the males in the area. You sure don't want her getting caught on her first heat! Yikes
