I was taking the bubs off roading, sans leash around our property. Sophie got into some brush and flushed out a brood(?)of baby turkeys. There were little turketts fluttering everywhere and Sophie was in heaven.
She was pouncing, hopping, trying to catch them in mid air and just thrilled. Until big momma turk came out.
I never saw her tuck tail and run back to me so fast, ever! In fact I've never seen the word fast and Newfie in the same sentence, but fast she was.
Syrus, although perked up and interested, stood quietly by then looked up at me as if to say, "sisters are idiots."
I must never leave the house without my camera again. You never know what goofy things these guys will do.
