What a great feel good story.

But I hope a bird poops on mom's head.

A story, thankfully, with a happy ending for this human baby. There's nothing that surprises me any more. And certainly not within the 'canine' world. It is sad ~ so very sad ~ that this young Mother felt inclined to despose of her baby in such a horrible way.

My hopes and prayers go out to this wee one. And also that the Mother will receive the help she so obviously needs.

I saw this on the news this morning!!  I hope someone is giving that mama and her pups some much deserved love!  And I hope the 14yr old gets, and benefits from, plenty of psychiatric care.

That is awesome. What a cool dog. I feel really sad for the poor kid (the mom). I keep thinking about how terribly alone and frightened the she must have felt to deliver this baby and then do such a terrible thing to him. It's a miracle that the dog recognized the baby as a helpless being, and amazing that the baby survived the cold!!
