hey...i know what copyrights are, although i also know that many people say that things are copyrighted and they truely are not.  I have no problem giving credit to the rightful owner...althou gh i would like to know if i have to contact the person...

The other question is:  what does commercial use mean? Does that mean i can't sell it? or does it mean i can't use it in training classes because people paid for the classes? or can i use it?

Ok...I did distribute a few copies not knowing..... but i will stop doing that now, and take back on set that is at work waiting to be picked up.  I did contact that person, and i am waiting for a reply.  Thank yOU!
