Elevated food bowls

When I read about bloat several things caught my attention. I bought elevated food bowls for Luke because I heard it was easier for big dogs to eat with their heads higher. I also keep water in the bowl next to the food, along with a big bucket under the carport because we had such a hot summer. Now I am concerned because they said no elevated food bowls and no water an hour before or after they eat.

What do you do?
