Crew photo shoot
« on: November 29, 2008, 08:52:32 am »
I am very bored right now so I thought I'd post a few more pix of the crew.  These were all taken in Oct/early Nov.

Keiko got her own personal photo shoot after a vet visit one day.  Helped to cheer her up.

Entire crew photo shoot:

Nigel

Gunther and Nigel

Keiko and Posey

Great pics!  I really liked the one of Keiko in the water and the one of Nigel and Gunther together.  Looks like the boys were having a contest to see who could do the "regal" look the best!

Just a couple more.  I did a fall photo shoot mid november, but haven't uploaded all the pix to photobucket yet.  I do have a few up there though b/c I have someone using a couple in a calendar for another web group.

here they are all looking at a guy coming up the trail.  I didn't hear him, thank God they all stayed there......... lol.

Julie........i t is not always easy to get everyone to sit together.  Gunther, Nigel and Posey are pretty easy to place.  But as of late, Keiko doesn't want to sit next to Gunther.  So I have to place him first, then her.  If I do her first, then bring him over, she will get up and walk away or sit all hunched over and lean away.......lol .  I have many pix of her leaning away from everyone like they have cooties......l ol.  :D

First of all, there's no such thing as "enough already" when it comes to pics of anyone's pups.

Second, I am in awe of your ability to get FOUR to sit nicely long enough to focus and shoot. I had a hard enough time getting my two to sit still for their Christmas pics.

Thanks for sharing those - they are gorgeous.

Patty,

It really wasn't hard getting Keiko in the tree.  She knows the command "up" so I pointed and said "up".......lol.  It helps that in the previous weeks there were squirrels in the tree.........l ol.  She is really only about 3 ft off the ground.

And yes, she does glamour pose.  I actually do wish I had looked into getting her into print or tv ads when we lived in Ca.  Not much opportunity out here.  :-\

And it's not always easy, nor has it always been easy.  Posey fought me for the first year doing group shots.  And Nigel and Gunther are hard to get to look at the camera.  If you notice, most of Gunther's shots are of him looking off to the side.......... lol.

but now that Posey is more confident and I've figured out everyone's "key" words to get them to look at the camera and look alert, its been much easier.

But don't think that all the pix turn out like this.  For one pose, I can take anywhere from 4-20 shots and maybe get one or two that turn out.  Here are some of the rejects past and present:

Bright sun anyone?

N&P not happy here

Again, Posey not happy.  She looked like this in most pix until I figured out her "key words"

Gunther not impressed with the pretty flowers

And just to prove that they do move  ;), here is a recent pic of Gunther at the dog park.
