I hate to sound like a commercial and like everyone else, buy yeah it really is that good. Yesterday I got a refurbished dyson shipped to my door (wasn't expecting it to arrive yet and had to answer the door in my bathrobe with both dogs going nuts for the UPS guy) I got a DC17 from the Dyson Canada website refurbished for $330 Canadian. I had just vacuumed the night before. I vacuumed with the Dyson and filled the bin at least once for small rooms and a couple of times for bigger rooms. I knew my old vacuum was crap, but still didn't expect that much of a difference. So count me in, I love my Dyson.
