Luke got a new job
« on: April 14, 2009, 03:10:17 pm »
We have had a crew of about 10 guys digging a huge trench between our house and the one next door for new drain pipes. I introduced Luke to the first few so they would know he's a nice guy. Since then he has been on his own to deal with them. He never barks at them. I have watched as, each day, they go over to him and pet him and talk to him. They all know his name now. I heard one guy introduce him to the city engineer and he said "He's only a year old."

Today I think he became site supervisor. He seems to like his new job.

I'm sure we could send some of our crew to do the digging in record time!  ;D He does seem like he is enjoying his job! He's a good spokesperson for pyrs everywhere!!!

I think he's just waiting for that really big bone to be unearthed. What other possible reason could anyone have for digging a bit hole. ;)

That one shot looks like his supervising is quite an exhausting job.
