Bouvier Hair Loss

We have 2 bouviers (male/female/brother/sister)that have just recently started to loose their hair.  We have taken them to the vet and run tests but there is no answer thus far (no ringworm or mites).  Anyone else experience this and if so, what was the issue??  they are in good health otherwise...
