New toys
« on: August 28, 2005, 12:02:23 am »
Well I bought my boys new toys yesterday, canvas bears with squeakers. I got a few pictures of them playing with their toys. After I took the pictures they destroyed one of their toys, destuffed and ripped apart. The other one is half way there. I really need a toy they CANT destroy in ONE day!!! I was really hoping these would last them  :( Any opinoins on good sturdy toys for my destructive boys?

Has anyone ever tried these.  They look good.

If a tiger can play with it, I could see it lasting more than ten minuites with a dog.

The best toy ever that I learned about from BPO was the paw tracks tire from mammoth pet toys http://www.mammothpet.com/ They are made from real tires so they are VERY sturdy.

We bought zoey that extralarge tire with a cotton rope in it a few weeks ago, and it has been her very favorite toy ever since.  :)

All my fur kids destroy their stuffed animals with in 15 minutes. So I go to goodwill, you can pick up stuffed animals from about 0.50 to 1.50. I buy a large bag full and  give the furkids one each. Then I go back about a half hour later and clean up the carnage with a shop vac. They have a great time.

I was thinking of doing that my youngest daughter loves stuff toys and think everyone out there is for her LOL So if i buy a bag of stuffies that would be hard to get by her  ::)

Jilly loves to pull stuffing out of toys.
I bought a Holee ball that she didn't really care for....until I stuffed it with bandanas.
She won't stop until every bandana is out of that ball.   She loves it.
Then I load 'em back in.
