Going through the "uglies"
« on: September 26, 2005, 01:01:25 pm »
This weekend at the meet-n-greet we discussed our babies and how they went through their "uglies" just like people do. Well, as I was looking for some pics on old cds I found some of Bear. He is so ugly in these pics but I love him! Hope you enjoy them too!
Hugs,

No uglies on big cudly Bear, cuddle, cuddle, I love him.  I have seen so many photos of the big meet in L.A. but I really wanted to see some photos of the "people" that participated and other than great shots of Jamie (which we all love) no others.  Did anybody take shots of the other humans that were there?  If not, then next time I will actually bring my camera.

That is nothing LOL
my lines go thru the border collie phase, than fill out nicely at two years.

i feel it is much healthier by far to be light in build while bones are under so much development and stress.
we call our pups giant BC pups until they hit two and three, than they are the newfs they should be.
bear looks the same in all the pics LOL ;D

I have a hard time calling this "ugly", but danes have the funniest growth spurts!  ;D

In this one Mickey is hiding under his big brother during his first trip to the dog park.

Well, scrolled down the whole thread. Didn't find one ugly picture. Has ugly become a synonym for cute? If so, then all are super ugly!!  ;D

Hahaha! I think that ugly meant ugly- at least I meant that with Bear. Bear was a gangly, funny looking teen now that I look back. He turned out to be a rather handsome big boy though!  ;D

Poor Strider, depending on the angle, he is either all legs, or all head and feet! Bless them all in the awkward phase!
