Hilarious Book

That message of Good Hope that Michael posted had an image from a book I had totally forgotten about.  I gotta get a copy of it.  I think there have been several books on this subject.  Does anybody else have some funny books, animal related or not, to share?  I'm really hating all the garbage on television these days and reading much more now, so I'd love to hear some of your favs.

I got one for my birthday called Dog People Do It Better.  I don't remember who wrote it but I remember she owns GSDs     Its a bunch of cute little stories about dogs and thier owners. 

Are you looking for dog books or books in general? I have a bunch of non-dog books to recommened if you want...just let me know what kind of books you like.

Just funny, light reading for the most part.  The books I put links to are sort of what I am talking about or any interesting books.  Nothing too heavy, I'm just not in the mood for that.  I just read the DaVinci Code and I need a break from that kind of stuff.  Keep it light and humorous if possible.

Here's a book that's very little and funny. It's "the paranoid's pocket guide" by Cameron Tuttle. Do not read if you are already paranoid. If you do you may end up in an asylum.

These may seem pretty juvenile but my sister got these books for her kids.  They are pretty hilarious and animal centered.  Check out the other books they suggest too, good stuff.

This is my favorite "I've had a lousy day and I need a good laugh; but I don't want to read anything, just want to look at pictures" book.  It is a MUST for any dog lover.  It has all of our big and small dogs in some of the funniest photos ever!    It is titled "101 SALIVATIONS:  FOR THE LOVE OF DOGS"  by Rachael Hale.  We have it on our coffee table and I laugh outloud everytime I open it!  The cover picture is priceless, and it just gets better inside!   I hope I can get the cover pic to show up and I hope it's legal for me to do so!!

Oh Yay!!   The cover photo of the book went through!  How cute is that?  I think it's great!  You should see the pics of the newfs, saints, and all our other big lugs!  Funny how dog stuff instantly gets me in a good mood!  Have a great night everyone!
