I agree with Zoo crew and JJ, let me bring Casey over with oh, 6 of her closest friends for a sleep-over. After a full night of banging, shrieking, thumping and giggling from a gaggle of girls your nieghbor will BEG for Nikki. Seriously tho, is this your lovely nieghbor with the maltese(?) that doesn't pooper scoop? Not to start a war or anything, but if Nikki's noise bothers her, her poop bothers you. And Nikki isn't a health hazard. Let your landlord know that little Miss Perfect...isn't

I think that everyone has offered terrific solutions Tony. I really hope that you can find a solution that can satisfy everyone.  And, legally I don't think your land lord has a leg to stand on. If you can, let us know what the lease says about pets so we can be of more help.

** i've started a building-wide snobbing campaign against her. spoke to 6 neighboring couples and gotten everyone on my side...
