Oh , she is gorgeous!!  Sigh, I wish I could help them all.

Which reminds me, this was brought to my attention earlier this morning and I was going to start a thread on him, but I guess this is just as good a place as any.

The first is his dogster page, the second his petfinder page.  He is in desperate need of help, so if anyone is in the area, please check him out.

Those sites just kill me and I don't like to look at them very much.  It makes me really sad that I can't help those animals and it makes me want to cry.  I don't like seeing animals in those sad states, I can't even watch Animal Police any more because I get so mad at all the sick people out there that are so cruel to animals.  My wife and I have gone down to our local Humane society, and every time we go there are barely any animals there, so that's a good thing.  They work really hard with the community to adopt their animals.  We just can't afford, financially and emotionally, another dog right now.  Maybe soon in the future.   But you guys are good to post some of these unfortunate animals with the hope that they might find new owners, there are people out there who just need to see what they could help give a new home.

It's hard to not be able to save them all.  I know I'm at my limit now... and it just wrings me out to know I cant take them all in. I've started volunterring with the Friends of the Animal Shelter and SPCA which helps to take up some of those feelings.

There are so many danes and Saints, for adoption in the Ontario area and they don't adopt out of province  :(. I was looking at rescues and they only adopt out to the eastern provinces. But maybe it is for the best I don't think that my husband wants a 3rd dog. LOL

Petfinder doggies are all sooooo adorable!  Everytime I get on that dang site I find a dog that I want to save.  If I had it my way I'd probably be volunteering to foster a few of them. lol  I'm on that site a lot and then I become depressed and angry at some of the stories of how the dogs end up in shelters and rescues! >:(  Maybe someday I'll be able to rescue another animal.....***sigh***.

I'm trying.  I don't know if it will happen though.  She's still being socialized to get along with other dogs.  I'll email my area coordinator and see what's what.  I'll let everyone know. :)
